FIT KIDZ
FIT KIDZ programs are designed for our children ages 6 to 12 years.

COST  
The charge for FIT KIDZ is the same as our KIDZ KLUB program. Children of any age may be included on our monthly payment plan and participate at no additional charge in all our activities.

REVOLUTION ROOM
Age:   6-12
Cost:  $7 per visit
Time: Mon. & Wed. 5:00-7:30PM
         Sat. & Sun 8:00-11:00
This state of the art room contains interactive games to keep your child active as well as entertained.  Interact with their friends: challenge them to a game on Dance Dance Revolution; compete on a course while you ride an exercise bike next to a buddy; or play one of the many games on the Nintendo Wii.  Tumble or just talk to your friend in a friendly, safe and supervised environment.

RACQUETBALL
Age:   6-12
Cost:  $7 per visit
Time: Wed. 4:00-5:00pm (October through May)
This fast paced sport will help improve your child’s endurance, agility, and body control.  It also encourages healthy activity at a pace that will keep your child moving and interested.

TIDAL WAVES
Age:   6-12
Time: Wed. 5:15 - 6PM
Supervised swim time to help your kidz stay fit.

FAMILY SWIM
Age:   ALL

Members are always free; this is the perfect way to relax and interact with your children of all ages.  Leave the “rainy day”, the “I don’t know what to do day”, the “I’m bored day” behind and turn it into “that was a fun day”!  “Can we do it again?”  Our pool is the place to be; the perfect activity for the whole family.
